Isabel Sexy Clubwear Marant Wants to Dress You and Your Boyfrie

Credit Ulrich Knoblauch PARIS — Ever since Isabel Marant backed into men's wear in 2013, designing a few men's piece for her H&M collaboration, her fans have been asking for more. "I'm inundated by guys asking me, 'When are you going to do men's?'" Ms. Marant said before her show in the Palais Royal on Thursday night.

    Ask enough and you shall receive. Ms. Marant Wholesale Babydoll Lingerie took the opportunity of her spring show to bring out a proper men's wear collection.

    So in about two weeks she put together some men's looks: bright, shiny trifles with a whiff of vintage about them. They are, generally speaking, adaptations of those she designed for women. Her girls will get a floral anorak; now her boys will, too. Ms. Marant is known for her knits. Now men will be able to get those same oversize chunky sweaters (now with man-length sleeves).

Other women's designers, notably Stella McCartney, have recently added men's as well, and many of the fashion shows have gone fully coed.

    Continue reading the main story "On all the shows I've seen, there's a lot of guys walking with the girls," Ms. Marant said. "I have so many guys in the office who wear Isabel Marant sweatshirts or sweaters. I thought it was stupid not to do it."

    "There's a real tendency of girls taking the clothes of their boyfriends," she said, adding mischievously, "but my boyfriend is taking my clothes."
