This Spring, Rittenhouse Archives brings collectors a new series on today's hottest scifi TV show with Battlestar Galactica Season One Trading Cards. This 81-card series will cover the entire first season of the run away scifi hit series.Each box will contain 1 Autograph Card and 1 Costume Card!

Signers for this series include a great mixture of series stars and recurring guest stars and include:

Rounding out this set are several chase subsets including

  • ArtiFEX Cards - 9 all new pieces of original artwork by artist Sean Pence whose life-like artwork is simply incredible!

A "Hands On" Review

I am happy to say...the great Battlestar Galactica Line of Cards are back...and better than ever! Rittenhouse has done it again with another amazing line of cards.

The cards cover the 1st season and do a good job of giving us varied shots from the show. I really am happy to see a number of cool F/x shots along with the great actor shots. The cards have a nice gloss over the widescreen picture with a flat borders - which in turn makes the images really POP off the card. You really have to see them in person - its very nice. Well done!

As always...a bunch of special cards are included in the set. The 1st such card I came across was one of the NUMBER 6 cards - which has the card cut around the number 6 on the left side - then has an amazing shot on the right. Having such different cards among the pack are a real nice touch. As I have said in past reviews, you find yourself looking forward to finding these gems in every pack. - They keep you coming back for more.

Overall I would have to say this is my favorite set of "Battlestar" Cards based off the new series. I think fans all over the world would enjoy sitting down and going through a box of these. - Now if I can only get them to do some stickers like the old days...then my life would be complete!
